Take a walk down my fantasy world.
Part 1

If the intent of President Obama and the Liberal Congress was to help the poor, the underprivileged in this country they would not be reforming health care with this radical bill that would destroy the future of medicine and the medical profession in this country forever.
The US is the most generous country on the planet, the US people are by nature caring and willing to lend a helping hand whenever there is a need for human compassion in the form of humanitarian help to victims of disaster regardless of color, creed, or ethnicity.
We are blind of boarder and politics when it comes to helping those in true need, but we are a nation of strong hardworking people that do not feel much compassion for those who will not help themselves, therefore we become intolerant to those who seek to be served and helped without as much as a hint of effort on their part.
Take a walk with me down my fantasy world and tell me what you think!
In my fantasy health care world, ambulance chasers would be a thing of the past, those who file a lawsuit would have a preliminary hearing with an impartial mitigation firm that would look at the merits of the case and would determine if this was a legitimate lawsuit and if true wrong doing was a factor for seeking compensation.
Each party would pay equal share for this process and no court time consuming valuable tax payer money would go into these cases. These forums excise today and are currently active working on mediations of construction documents and disputes prior to moving up into the court system. 90% of mitigated cases are settled within this venue at ZERO tax payer expense.
By removing the risk portion of your current health insurance policies, premiums would be reduced by as much as 40% of current standard cost.
Immediate Health Insurance deregulation, removing Government intervention in interstate commerce of insurance companies to conduct business without any borders or territorial restrictions and include overseas insurances companies also.
Open the Insurance market and let it become a true open market removing current insurance monopolies that only benefit CEO’s and corrupt politicians and leaves us average Americans without much option.
Open the VA Medical Center Emergency rooms all around the country to those who have no heath insurance and enroll those people in a special Government Run plan since 85% of those people are on welfare anyway.
Should an uninsured patient end up in a private or local emergency room they should be treated and once declared medically stable them transport them to the local VA Medical Center for further treatment?
This will insure that when we the tax payers with insurance arrive at a local or private hospital we are not charged with escalated medical cost to cover those uninsured patients.
I would have Congress declare all Emergency Rooms around the country a refuge area with no borders or country, in other words a neutral zone no different than the immigration sterile zone of airports prior to permitting entry into the US.
This would allow the US government to declare all birth by illegal aliens within this zone to be declared citizens of the country of birth of their parents, the parents and their new born would be transported to the local consulate of such country and turned over to them for deportation to their country. I would place the burden of returning illegal aliens on the hands of the consuler of their respected countries. To ensure compliance, I would post ICE at every embassy and consulate office and would require ID every time they stepped out those embassies.
This would dramatically reduce the cost of health care in this country by billions of dollars and would help control illegal immigration.
I would open small walk in free Government run clinics in every inner-city to help with the small things that could end up becoming catastrophic without medical treatment and preventive medicine. Remember my original comment about how generous we are at heart as Americans, well here is your chance to be a volunteer and help in these clinics!
I would have every Doctor that gets Government aid to attend medical school repay 50% of that loan or aid with a two year pay back plan by serving in these clinics, I would require all inters to conduct 30% of their internship in one of these clinics to train them in real day to day medical problems as they would see at any current emergency room today.
I do not know about you, but I much rather see my hard earned money go to a life saving program such as these clinics than to groups like ACORN, wouldn’t you?
